Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse, overseeing receiving, storage, shipping and reporting.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff; review procedures for efficiency, space utilization, and equipment protection.
• Ensure accurate inventory; audit goods received and coordinate with customer service to resolve issues.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Maintain on-time paperwork and assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead day-to-day activities, assign tasks, monitor progress and contribute to hiring and performance reviews.
