Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in North Carolina seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced distribution team. You will coach, mentor and develop staff while focusing on safety, accountability and teamwork.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, coordinate with customer service and management, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement with Medline Core Values.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, shipping and reporting.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff; review procedures and space utilization.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely processing of paperwork.
• Coach and mentor team in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
• Assist in hiring, firing and performance reviews.
