You will recruit and develop talent, implement our virtue-based leadership model, ensure compliance, and steer sales toward EBITDA targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams, driving performance and engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration.
