Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in line with company virtues.
• Own recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipeline building.
• Drive employee engagement with structured development and regular meetings.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and build strong local relationships.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
• Create optimal shift plans and ensure efficient workflows.
• Take ownership of stock and inventory management.
