Joe & the Juice is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, ensure top performance, and lead a team when the Store Manager is away. You will ensure compliance, guest satisfaction, and quality in all guest interactions.

You will guide a fast-paced team, deliver coaching, and uphold brand standards while driving sales and maintaining store profitability. This role offers leadership exposure across a growing, people-centric brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a leadership role with team supervision, daily ops, opening/closing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build a collaborative team culture.
• Ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term management career.

Responsabilités

• Lead team in alignment with company principles and store policies.
• Provide coaching and in-store training to improve engagement.
• Champion a guest-first mindset to enhance guest experiences and loyalty.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant store environment and health standards.
• Assist with stock handling, inventory counts, and cost-of-goods targets.
• Support sales growth and profitability through KPIs and performance monitoring.
