Joe & the Juice in Huntington Beach is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-energy team, and deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You will manage staffing, budget, and compliance while upholding a people-centric culture and Moneyball career path.

Your leadership will drive EBITDA and store performance, ensure safety and quality, and foster community partnerships, with a clear path for career advancement across cities, roles, and international opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment.
• Proven track record of delivering operational and financial results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Passion for people leadership and mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
• Own recruitment interviewing, hiring, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members.
• Develop and motivate team through structured development plans and regular feedback.
• Champion a guest-first mindset across store operations and build strong local community relationships.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and compliant working environment and ensure brand standards are met.
• Develop optimal shift plans considering seasonality and store traffic patterns.
• Take full ownership of inventory management and optimize stock levels.
• Drive sales growth, improve EBITDA, and monitor financial performance.
