Joe & the Juice in San Diego is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring peak performance while adhering to local laws, company policies, and brand standards.

You will lead and coach team members, deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage stock and inventory, and contribute to store profitability through KPI-driven initiatives and a clear growth path.

• 1+ year in a leadership role with team supervision and opening/closing duties
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to foster a collaborative team culture
