Job summary

Joe & the Juice is a fast-paced, people-centered brand. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in daily operation, ensuring high performance, adherence to market-specific requirements, and top-notch guest experiences.

You will lead by example, coaching your team to maintain brand standards and a safe, welcoming environment. You will build strong guest relationships, manage inventory, and contribute to sales growth across locations within our global network.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in a leadership role with team supervision and opening/closing duties.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust across the team.
• Desire to grow into a people-focused leader and pursue a long-term management career.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in alignment with the company manifesto and operating principles.
• Provide guidance to ensure a positive, high-performing store culture.
• Coach and train staff to maintain guest excellence and smooth operations.
• Foster open communication and a collaborative team environment.
• Deliver best-in-class guest experiences and strong guest relationships.
• Support safety, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in stock handling, inventory counts, and ordering.
• Support initiatives to drive sales growth and store profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and escalate opportunities or risks to the Store Manager.
