Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, psychology, communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, payroll administration, or related role preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee records; maintain HR databases and reporting structures.
• Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, and benefits processes; assist with leave administration and compliance.
• Provide employee support and handle confidential information with discretion; escalate sensitive matters to management.
