Job summary

Fresh Express Salads is seeking an HR Generalist to support business initiatives within the Human Resources group. The role will execute people strategies, assist management with HR practices, and ensure consistency of HR services, including coordinating recruitment for assigned customer groups.

Minimum qualifications include 3–5 years as an HR Generalist, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and Workday experience preferred. The position emphasizes collaboration with HR staff and management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR generalist experience.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, training, compensation, benefit programs and systems.
• Experience maintaining HRIS (Workday experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field required.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection: Oversees/ manages the recruitment function for assigned customer groups.
• On-boarding: Provides support to HR leaders & hiring managers by ensuring all new hire paperwork/background checks/drug screens completed timely.
• HR Policy Administration: Supports the documentation and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations: Provides guidance and advice to Management and associates on HR issues.
