Job summary

DigiKey, a leading distributor of electronic components, is seeking a Software Engineer to deliver high-quality, maintainable code for HR systems. Based in Thief River Falls, MN or Bloomington, MN, this onsite-hybrid role follows in-office Monday and Wednesday policy.

You will collaborate with the HRIS team, integrate Workday, Power Platform, Azure, and web technologies such as React and ASP.NET to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Visual Studio, Source Control, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with React, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Workday and Power Platform (PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build durable, maintainable software that meets business purpose.
• Develop, code software solutions across technologies including C#, SQL, REACT, and .NET.
• Support Visual Studio, Source Control, Azure DevOps.
• Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Deliver end-to-end systems including front end to infrastructure.
• Collaborate with HRIS team for integrations and upgrades.
• Research new techniques and stay current with industry trends.
• Deliver excellent customer service with urgency and ownership.
