Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst and Compliance Partner to manage data analytics and plan compliance for the DigiKey Group Benefit Plan and Wellness Programs.

You will generate reports, guide regulatory interpretations, and support audits while partnering with the Total Rewards Benefits Team to optimize plans and policies. Strong Workday and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard benefit, wellness, and LOA reports.
• Assist in vendor implementations and ACA/ERISA compliance tasks.
• Support Workday configurations and automated benefit processes.
• Interpret census data and ensure data accuracy for filings.
• Ensure compliance in annual renewals, audits, and 5500 filings.
• Collaborate with vendors, HR, and legal to gather required data.
