You will translate business questions into analyses, deliver executive-ready stories, lead employee listening programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to inform recruiting, workforce planning, culture and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with workforce data.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to HR stakeholders and leaders.
• Translate business questions into analyses, dashboards and insights.
• Deliver executive-ready insights through data storytelling and visuals.
• Lead employee listening initiatives and drive improvements to the employee experience.

• Respond to ad hoc analytics requests with data-driven reports and materials.
• Collaborate with HR Tech to ensure accessible, reliable workforce data.
• Promote data governance and privacy compliance.
• Develop scalable reporting and self-service analytics solutions.
