Job summary

Synopsys is seeking a data-driven professional to manage people analytics for a 30,000+ global workforce. You will configure Visier, build metrics and data pipelines, and own recurring reports and Power BI dashboards focused on workforce planning and headcount.

The role emphasizes data quality, timely insights, and clear storytelling for HR leadership. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HR analytics, strong SQL and Excel skills, and experience with Visier, Power BI, or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, CS, or mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient with Excel and SQL; exposure to R or Python is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Visier or Tableau.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with HRIS or ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and configuration of Visier, including metrics, dimensions, data pipelines, and security settings.
• Validate and troubleshoot data quality across the people analytics environment to ensure integrity.
• Serve as first point of contact for incoming team requests and tickets; triage and resolve or escalate.
• Own and maintain recurring reports and Power BI dashboards for workforce planning and headcount data.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple HR systems to support analyses and reporting needs.
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports that communicate findings to HR leadership.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of analytics processes and data governance.
