Job summary

F5 is seeking a senior People Analytics Solutions Consultant to lead the analytics product portfolio and governance across Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, and PowerBI.

You will mentor analysts, design data definitions, and enable data sharing while driving adoption of analytics across the organization. The role demands deep HR data knowledge, strong SQL and dashboard skills, and a passion for empowering users to extract insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a people analytics role.
• Expertise across the analytics stack: SQL, Snowflake data models, dashboards in Tableau/PowerBI, and ETL pipelines.
• End-to-end Visier product ownership: platform administration, governance, and advanced analysis.
• Strong HR data knowledge and familiarity with Workday structures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central product owner for the People Analytics portfolio (Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Lead the architecture of the people data layer, collaborating with IT to secure and optimize a Snowflake data zone and complex SQL.
• Establish and enforce data governance and security for all people data, ensuring data quality and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analyses to solve critical business problems.
• Partner with business and P&C leaders to understand needs and improve user experience and adoption.
• Lead user training, enablement, and support programs to maximize data-driven decision making.
• Remain the SME on people analytics technology and guide ongoing innovations.
