Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions is seeking a People Analytics Data Analyst to support workforce insights by analyzing people data, building Tableau dashboards, and identifying trends to inform business decisions across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards. You will design analytics, maintain dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, automate processes, and document changes.

Candidates should have at least 4 years in People Analytics or BI, 2+ years SQL and Tableau, and experience with Workday,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in People Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Bonus if you have HR data experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of SQL experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-quality reporting and visualizations in Tableau.
• Experience with Workday, Fivetran, and Snowflake.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve data performance issues.

Job description

Our client is seeking a People Analytics Data Analyst to join there People Analytics team. In this role, you will support the delivery of workforce insights across the employee lifecycle by analyzing people data, developing Tableau dashboards, and identifying trends that help inform business decisions. You will partner with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable analytics.

This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, translating data into meaningful insights, and applying modern analytics techniques to improve workforce outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and deliver data analytics and insights that deliver business value to our stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
