Job summary

Synopsys Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Analytics professional to help manage people data and analytics. You will build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Visier, ensure data accuracy, and support HR leadership with timely insights.

You will gather data from multiple HR systems, cleanse it, and translate findings into actionable reports while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of HR analytics or related experience
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; Python or R is a plus
• Experience with Power BI, Visier, or Tableau
• Ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support Visier administration and configuration
• Validate data quality across the analytics environment
• Serve as first point of contact for team requests and tickets
• Own and maintain recurring reports and Power BI dashboards
• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple HR systems
• Design dashboards and reports for HR leadership and stakeholders
• Contribute to documentation and governance practices
