• Deliver standardized metrics and reporting packages for managers and HR leaders.
• Create dashboards and self-service reporting tools for leaders to access workforce information.
• Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate requirements.
