You will translate complex data into actionable insights and partner with HR, business, and tech teams to deliver evidence-based solutions that boost organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include leading research on employee experience and leadership effectiveness, managing employee listening studies, and creating executive dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational effectiveness and workforce research; translate findings into practical recommendations for talent and business results.
• Lead employee listening data and measurement; ensure quality and confidentiality of feedback.
• Partner to advance strategic workforce planning and talent science analyses.
• Evaluate talent programs and organizational interventions for impact and gaps.
• Create visualized workforce insights and executive storytelling; develop dashboards and scorecards.
