Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Oak Park Heights, MN seeks a Manager of Enterprise Reporting to lead corporate planning and reporting, creating an integrated, data-driven environment. You will partner with FP&A and other functions to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning while overseeing critical financial disclosures and compliance.

You will recruit, coach and develop a five-person accounting team, shape the reporting roadmap, and empower staff to deliver compelling management stories

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA a plus; CPA preferred
• Minimum 10-12 years accounting experience
• Process orientation with strategic focus and fiscal discipline
• Thought leader with strategic thinking and planning capabilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to tell a story
• Change agent and collaborator with ability to gain buy-in

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate planning and reporting functions for integration and long-term effectiveness
• Create and maintain enterprise reporting infrastructure and data-driven decision making
• Lead robust budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning with FP&A
• Oversee financial statements, government surveys, and important disclosures
• Develop and mentor the Enterprise Financial Planning and Reporting team
