Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR business partnering, workforce strategy, or related experience.
• Proven success partnering with senior HR or business leaders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management and learning & development.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear decision needs and analytical solutions.
