Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Science leader to guide the People Analytics Data Science & Research team. You will shape analytic direction for workforce forecasting, employee research, and AI-native tools, partnering with HR, COEs, Finance, and business partners to drive insight-led decisions.

You will mentor a distributed team, review model design and interpretability, and uphold rigorous methodological standards to support Intuit's transformation and prosperity goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in people analytics with deep data science and applied research experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing analytics or data science teams; multi-team preferred.
• Deep grounding in predictive and prescriptive modeling, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Fluency in SQL and Python or R, with comfort in cloud data environments and data workflow tooling.
• Experience across workforce domains like headcount forecasting, attrition, hiring funnel analytics, compensation, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience building or measuring AI-native analytics products with outcomes linkages to business.
• Proven ability to establish shared data definitions and reporting standards across functions.
• Ability to influence senior executives through storytelling and translating analysis into decisions.
• Track record of building feedback loops so teams see what changed as a result.
• Passion for enabling data-driven, equitable people processes.

Responsibilities

• Set analytical direction across workforce forecasting and organizational effectiveness, Voice of Employee research, and AI-native tooling.
• Apply first-principles thinking to translate strategy into analytical problems and lead initiatives.
• Connect insights across hiring, planning, performance, mobility, and experience to surface portfolio-level patterns.
• Influence senior stakeholders and stand behind recommendations under scrutiny.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and COEs to resolve workforce-data questions and align definitions.
