Job summary

Quince is seeking a Talent and People Analyst to join our People Analytics team. You will partner with Talent Acquisition to translate recruitment questions into analyses, build dashboards, and ensure data accuracy for hiring decisions.

You will own data requests, model recruiting data, perform QA, and collaborate with data engineers to support capacity planning and workforce modeling, establishing consistent metric definitions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analytics or people analytics experience.
• Experience translating business questions into analyses and dashboards.
• Strong SQL proficiency and ability to work with relational datasets.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex modeling.
• Experience with recruiting or ATS data (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate recruiting questions into analyses and dashboards.
• Build, maintain, and iterate on dashboards and recurring reports.
• Partner with Talent Operations, People Leadership, and Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and modeling quality.
• Define requirements for recruiting data models and reporting tables.
• Validate data accuracy and perform QA on datasets and dashboards.
• Support capacity planning, hiring prioritization, and workforce modeling.
• Ensure consistency in metric definitions and reporting logic across dashboards.
