The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in people analytics or related fields and strong quantitative skills. You will thrive in building systems and turning data into strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in people analytics or related field.
• Strong quantitative skills with experience in statistical modeling.
• Proven ability to calculate and communicate ROI from HR investments.

• Develop frameworks to measure ROI from AI investments.
