Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Performance Analytics & Insights Analyst to measure what matters using People data and performance metrics. You will move decisions from gut feel to data-driven insights, shaping engagement, talent, performance, culture, and hiring strategies.

You’ll develop KPIs, analyze large data sets, and build dashboards to inform senior leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration with People teams and stakeholders across Monzo, using Looker, SQL, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in statistics including regression and significance testing.
• Ability to model data and derive insights that inform business decisions.
• Experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or related data analysis roles.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and analyze key metrics (KPIs) for the organization.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and trends.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards (Google Sheets and Looker) for leaders and managers.
