L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a People Analytics Specialist to transform people data into insights that inform our People strategy. You will build dashboards, improve data quality and support senior leadership with data-informed decisions.

The role emphasizes developing Power BI dashboards, data governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable scalable analytics across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role.
• Experience in Human Resources, People Operations or a related function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
• Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power Automate or workflow-automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Workday and People Analytics dashboards is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People leadership to support internal projects and the firm’s People strategy.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports and analyses using internal people data.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Maintain and quality-check existing People Analytics dashboards and reports.
• Support operational reporting and analytics needs across the firm.
• Collaborate with teams to implement reporting and process improvements.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other data-visualization tools.
• Create and oversee reports within Workday.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for ad hoc people data requests.
• Support broader People Team priorities and firm-wide initiatives.
