Job summary

Verifone is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to own workforce reporting, build dashboards, and support AI-enabled HR initiatives. You will partner with HR to drive data-driven decisions and automate reporting processes using Claude and other tools.

The role offers exposure to Workday reporting, data quality practices, and external reporting in a fast-paced, in-office environment in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards covering headcount, turnover, hiring activity, and related metrics; analyze trends and surface insights for HR and business leaders.
• Support recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests from HR and business leaders.
• Create visualizations and slide-ready summaries that help leaders act on workforce data.
