Job summary

Monzo’s Workforce Management (WFM) team seeks a Senior Service Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll own data-driven insights to staff our customer operations and service teams, report to the WFM Service Manager, and lead end-to-end design and implementation of solutions.

• Compile data-driven reports for senior stakeholders.
• Create Looker dashboards and MI to support operations.

• Develop dynamic burndown plans to predict return-to-service dates.
• Manage cross-domain incidents; on-call rota.
