Mercury Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Manager, People Analytics & Data Science to build trusted data foundations and self-serve dashboards for Mercury leaders. You will design data pipelines, define metrics, and enable data-driven decisions across HR and business teams.

You will apply statistical methods, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to surface workforce insights on attrition, capacity, performance, and readiness, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, business analytics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and analytical datasets.
• Develop reusable data models, transformations, validation checks, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with HR Tech and analytics teams on data architecture and quality.
• Translate business questions into data requirements, grains, and logic.
• Establish metric contracts with definitions, sources, and refresh cadence.
• Deliver leader-facing dashboards connecting people metrics to outcomes.
