Job summary

Verifone is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join our HR organization in Atlanta. You will own workforce reporting, build dashboards, and support external reporting while leveraging AI tools to improve how we work with data.

Reporting to the Director of HR Process Improvement and People Analytics, this role offers hands-on experience in Workday reporting, data quality, and insights that inform business decisions for leaders and stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce reporting and build/maintain dashboards.
• Support recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from HR and leaders.
• Create visualizations and slide-ready summaries for leaders.
