Job summary

Visiting Nurse Health System in Atlanta seeks a data-driven HR Analyst to analyze workforce data, produce insights, and strengthen HR analytics capabilities. You will manage HRIS and payroll data, build dashboards, and partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HRIS, HR analytics, or HR experience with advanced reporting responsibilities.
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now; 3-5 years in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator and SME for HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate data and payroll reporting.
• Lead system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements for HR systems and interfaces.
• Design and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, and reports to support decisions across recruitment, retention, comp, compliance, and planning.
• Analyze complex HR data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT and operations to improve processes, reporting, and data governance.
• Provide advanced support on HRIS, reporting, and timekeeping; back up payroll processing as needed.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and governance standards for system use.
• Monitor updates and compliance to ensure HR tech remains effective and aligned with needs.
