Job summary

Wellington Management Company is seeking a data analytics co-op to deliver data-driven insights for talent planning and organizational effectiveness. You will build analytical models, consolidate dashboards, and collaborate with Talent, HR, and business teams in a data-driven environment.

The role focuses on predictive analytics, dashboard modernization, and scalable reporting while leveraging the company’s HR data lake.

Qualifications

• Major in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or related field preferred
• Passionate about HR systems and using data to drive business impact
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Value precision, strong attention to detail, and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating data into insights
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python
• Familiarity with automation, APIs, data modeling, and data management with willingness to learn
• Entrepreneurial self-starter attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive work ethic and ability to execute
• Inquisitive problem solver with strong project-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead prediction and forecasting workstream using HR data
• Test and validate AI-driven analytical models to improve efficiency
• Identify research opportunities by mining data for talent insights
• Decommission dashboards from Tableau to Power BI
• Perform deep-dive analyses to drive insights and improve data quality
• Support operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and enabling tech-enabled innovation
