Job summary

Wellington Management Company, LP is seeking a Business Intelligence Co‑Op based in Boston. You will collaborate with the Investment Platform BI team to build data-driven insights, dashboards and scalable reporting that support management decisions across global markets.

The role involves data collection, validation and visualization using Power BI, Tableau, Python and SQL, with exposure to investment processes and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record with coursework in data analytics, computer science, information systems, finance, economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Python, SQL or similar analytical/programming tools strongly preferred.
• Interest in emerging technologies and their application to analytics and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Investment Platform Morning Meeting process, including logistics and capturing key points.
• Partnering with team members on data analysis across investment teams and strategies.
• Developing data visualizations, dashboards and analytical tools to identify trends.
• Assisting in scalable reporting and data product enhancements.
• Automating internal processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Collecting, validating and organizing data from multiple sources.
• Supporting analyses related to investment performance and management reporting.
• Translating business requirements into effective analytical solutions.
• Exploring modern data tools to improve information delivery.
