Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics-focused professional to support Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for Talent Acquisition. You will integrate data from multiple sources using SQL and Power Query, and use Excel to communicate insights.

The role emphasizes data accuracy and end-user readiness, with cross-team collaboration to ensure relevant metrics. You will contribute to dashboard maintenance, reporting, and trend analysis, helping stakeholders access timely, actionable

Qualifications

Data literacy and analytical skills.
Experience using Excel and creating basic reports.
General knowledge of computer fundamentals.
Ability to collaborate and manage time across multiple teams and projects.
Experience with, or interest in learning, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, or similar data tools/languages.

Responsibilities

Support maintenance, refresh, and development of Power BI-based Talent Acquisition data visualizations.
Integrate data from internal and external sources using SQL, Power Query, and Excel.
Use Power BI and Excel to communicate insights and tell stories about data.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for dashboard integration and user consumption.
Collaborate with stakeholders across TJX to verify data quality and relevance.
Ensure dashboards meet end-user needs for tracking, monitoring, and trend analysis.
