This high‑impact and high‑visibility role will ensure that our People Analytics data is leveraged effectively to drive strategic decision making, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven leader with deep expertise in HR metrics, systems, and stakeholder engagement. All employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is USD 120,000 – 225,000. Base salary is only one component; other rewards may include a discretionary corporate bonus and/or incentives if eligible.
