Job summary

Paychex is seeking a PEO Sales professional in the United States to develop new clients and expand the PEO services footprint. You will leverage the Go-to-Market strategy, schedule client appointments, and secure referrals to drive revenue and market share.

The role involves onboarding new PEO clients, addressing client needs, and collaborating with sales partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within quota attainment guidelines.
• Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially the broker channel.
• Prospect for new clients and referrals using phone, direct mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and determine appropriate Paychex products for clients.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transition onto the service; resolve issues for onboarding.
• Represent the Corporation positively to clients and the community to create sales opportunities.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Maintain and grow technical, competitive and sales skills to effectively represent PEO Sales.
