Paychex is seeking a results-driven PEO Sales professional to develop new clients and increase the client base within the PEO Sales organization. The role emphasizes leveraging the Go-to-Market strategy to present Paychex solutions to decision makers, with in-person or virtual meetings as preferred.

You will schedule appointments, pursue referrals, and onboard PEO clients, ensuring smooth transitions and positive service delivery.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years of relevant sales or sales management experience.
• 2 years of additional relevant sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and expanding the client base within the PEO Sales organization.
• Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers (in person or virtual).
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using telephone, direct mail, seminars, and client visits.
• Onboard PEO clients following procedures to ensure a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience.
• Project a positive image representing Paychex to clients and the community to create sales opportunities.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Develop technical and sales skills to effectively represent PEO Sales; travel may be required for conferences and meetings.
