Job summary

Paychex is seeking a PEO Sales professional in the United States to grow our client base by selling PEO products and services within the Sales organization. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with brokers and end users to increase revenue and market share across regions.

You will identify prospects’ needs, present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders, schedule appointments, onboard new PEO clients, and collaborate with partners to ensure a smooth transition and outstanding

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to increase profits in the PEO Sales organization.
• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources through various outreach channels.
• onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure a smooth transition onto the PEO service.
