Paychex is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to sell PEO products and services, developing new clients and expanding the client base to drive profitability within the PEO Sales organization. You will work under general supervision while meeting quota.

You will leverage the Go-to-Market strategy, identify needs, present Paychex solutions to decision makers, and manage appointments with brokers and end users, both in person and virtually.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within quota attainment guidelines.
• Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, specifically brokers.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside the Paychex base using various channels.
• Analyze prospects’ needs, determine appropriate products, and refer to the correct sales partner.
• Submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports on time.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the PEO service.
• Project a positive image of the Corporation to clients and the community.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Develop technical, competitive, and sales skills to represent PEO Sales.
