Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Troy, MI is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, PEO to identify and close new business opportunities for its professional employer organization solutions. You will drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, pricing, and implementation.

The role requires strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education.
• More than two years of PEO sales experience required within a results-driven environment.
• Prior sales experience with payroll, HCM HR technology, or benefits preferred.
• CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel domestically to client sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for PEO solutions.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships to generate qualified PEO sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and service expectations.
• Present PEO solutions including co-employment, payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with leadership support.
• Own and manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and implementation.
