Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of PEO sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
• Experience with payroll, HR, or benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for PEO solutions.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with brokers and channel partners to generate qualified PEO sales opportunities.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies, including cold calling, networking, email outreach, social selling, and market research.
• Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand business needs and expectations.
• Present PEO solutions that align with prospective client needs and pricing.
• Prepare proposals, executive summaries, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms in partnership with leadership.
• Own and manage the full PEO sales cycle from lead generation to close and implementation transition.
• Collaborate with implementation, payroll, benefits, HR, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast in CRM and meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Travel domestically as required for meetings, client visits, events, and training.
