Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and expand the PEO client base to increase profits.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments, visit referral sources, and secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referrals outside the Paychex base.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition.
