Job summary

Paychex is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in PEO products and services. You will develop new clients, expand the client base, and work with brokers and decision makers to maximize revenue and market share. Travel may be required to conferences or regional meetings.

You will leverage the Goto-Market strategy, manage onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships while exceeding quotas and delivering positive onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside Paychex base.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies and procedures.
• Travel as needed to conferences or training sessions.
