Job summary

Paychex is seeking a dynamic sales professional to expand the PEO client base. You will develop new clients, leverage broker channels, and onboard PEO clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high client satisfaction across our services.

The role involves presenting Paychex solutions, traveling as needed, and collaborating with sales management to hit quotas while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers in accordance with the client’s preference on in person or virtual interaction to increase revenue and market share.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, specifically broker channel to secure referrals to end users.
• Prospect for new clients and new referral sources outside Paychex base using telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition onto the PEO service and expedite resolution of client problems or complaints.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for conferences, training sessions and/or area regional or national meetings.
