Job summary

Paychex, a leading provider of payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services, seeks a PEO Sales professional to grow the client base and increase profits in the PEO Sales organization. The role involves engaging with brokers and clients, presenting Paychex solutions, and managing onboarding for PEO clients.

Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, scheduling meetings, qualifying needs, and ensuring accurate onboarding and timely paperwork.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, specifically the broker channel to secure referrals to end users.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside the Paychex base using telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs.
