Job summary

Paychex is seeking a sales professional to grow the PEO base by developing new clients and increasing profits within the PEO Sales organization. You will engage with key stakeholders and leverage broker referrals to expand revenue.

Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, prospecting new clients, onboarding PEO customers, and traveling as needed for conferences and training while maintaining a positive company image.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and increase the client base to drive profits in the PEO Sales organization.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources, especially the broker channel, to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies for a smooth transition onto the PEO service.
• Travel outside of geographical territory for conferences, training sessions and/or area regional or national meetings.
