Job summary

LMI Government Consulting in Arlington, VA seeks a DASW MR CATMS Action Officer to provide consulting, management, and analytical support for logistics, maintenance policy, and acquisition at a DoD client site in the Pentagon.

The role requires five years of program management, DoD/Federal experience, and an active Secret clearance with potential TS/SCI upgrade; you will coordinate task packages, manage correspondence, and brief senior officials in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience with DoD and other federal agencies is desirable.
• Strong MS Office skills including Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Superior written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to interact with senior government officials and Pentagon staff.
• Active Secret Clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and policies for DoW standards.
• Manage task tracker (CATMS) and prepare documents for signature.
• Coordinate with offices to review CATMS packages and oversee weekly updates.
• Handle FOIA, DoDIG, GAO and other information requests.
• Provide admin support to DASW(MR) including calendar and file management.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and brief staff on CATMS status.
• Develop strategic communications and congressional reporting.
• Support DoD Maintenance Symposium content and logistics.
• Travel as needed.
