Serco is seeking a General Clerk III to join a fast-paced team supporting customers with retirement pension processing. This temporary role runs about 6–8 months and emphasizes accurate clerical work, customer service, and adherence to policies.

The successful candidate will help safeguard beneficiaries' benefits and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, handling correspondence, and updating customer records using standard software,

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant work experience in benefits, payroll, HR, or related fields.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming applications for completeness.
• Submit requests for customer correspondence using client-based software.
• Review incoming customer communications, mail, and returned mail.
• Process customer requested account updates.
• Respond to customer requests.
