Northwest Administrators, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Pension Accounting & Contract Review to lead the Pension Accounting/Contract department. You will supervise Supervisors and Staff Assistants, ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting and contract review, and partner with internal teams and unions to resolve issues.

You will drive operational excellence, coordinate system updates, and support senior leadership on strategic initiatives while overseeing payroll and related duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a fast-paced department.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams, employers and unions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily departmental functions and ensure accuracy in accounting and contract review processes.
• Lead and develop Supervisors and Staff Assistants.
• Review labor agreements, extension agreements, and addendums for compliance.
