Northwest Administrators, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Pension Accounting & Contract Review to lead the Pension Accounting/Contract department. You will supervise staff, drive accuracy and compliance in accounting and contract review, and serve as a liaison with employers, Local Unions, and internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven leadership with 2-3+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise departmental operations, including oversight of Supervisors and Staff Assistants.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in accounting functions and contract review processes.
• Review and approve labor agreements, extension agreements, and addendums for compliance.
• Communicate with Local Unions and Employers to resolve issues.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Support development and implementation of departmental policies and system enhancements.
• Coordinate system updates, releases, and procedural documentation.
• Assist senior leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Perform departmental payroll and related administrative duties.
